orlí (pronounce or-lee) means 'light', 'my light', 'surrounded by light' in Hebrew.

We chose this name as it speaks to our philosophy of confidence, balance, self awareness and self acceptance/love.

Is orlí gluten free?

Yes, orlí is gluten free.

Does orlí contain any allergens?

orlí does not contain any allergens.

I am vegan - is orlí suitable?

Yes, orlí does not use any animal ingredients. We are 100% vegan.

Does orlí contain any artificial ingredients?

No - orlí's ingredients are all natural and our drinks contain nothing artificial.

What is Alcoholic Sparkling Water?

Exactly that! Sparkling Water plus alcohol, with natural flavours. It's also known as Hard Seltzer.

What alcohol is typically used?

This varies from brand to brand - orlí is vodka based.

How does alcoholic sparkling water compare nutritionally to Wine or Beer?

This varies greatly from brand to brand - but in general, Alcoholic Sparkling Water (or Hard Seltzers) tend to have a lower ABV, fewer calories and less sugar than wine, beer, or other mixed drinks.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are charged at a Flat Rate of $9 ($12 Express) and we offer you FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for orders $50 and over (Standard delivery only).

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from placing your order. 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Please allow 1-3 days for Melbourne Metro areas and 2-10 days for Regional and Interstate orders.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer FREE delivery on orders $50 or over (excludes Express Delivery option).

Where can I track my order and shipping?

You will be sent an email with live tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to be updated by the courier.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

Please get in touch with us at hello@drinkorli.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment method.

My delivery has arrived damaged or items are missing, what do I do next?

We take care to pack all orders carefully to avoid damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or missing please take a photo of the damaged items and email this to hello@drinkorli.com. One of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue. Please note we will require a photo of the damaged or missing good to raise a claim with the courier.
